Coastal Empire Brews & Bites

Spend an evening with Mr. Kevin Ryan, West Point Graduate and CEO of Service Brewing in

Savannah. Also joining Kevin is Dan Sartin, Master Brewer and beer sommelier. Socialize

with other guests and savor the complexities of their line of brews at 6:00pm. Enjoy cocktails

and light hors d’oeuvres made with or pair well with Service Brewing’s best. Later in the

evening enjoy navigating through 6 tasting stations of entrée and side dish combinations

and finish the evening with a dessert pairing. All items are prepared with or compliment

Service Brewing’s line of beers.

Assorted Cheeses, Pretzel & Spicy SBC 0 Glazed Georgia Pecans

An assortment of soft and semi soft cheeses, house made pretzels, crackers, flat breads, Ale n mustard blend & our spicy beer glazed pecans.

Chicken Cacciatore confit with crustini toasts

Ground Pounder beer brined chicken slow cooked with a ragu of roma tomatoes, mushrooms, celery & onions. Served with a variety of crustini toast points.

6 interactive stations with a paired Service Brewing Beer.

Enjoy in any order you wish. Feel free to mix n match beers with your 2nd or 3rd tasting.

Station One

Bangkok Shrimp Salad

Crisp medley of nappa, bok choy, radicchio and American cabbages tossed with butterflied shrimp, chilies in a Thai inspired citrus – beer vinaigrette. Paired with Compass Rose IPA.

Station Two

Beer Can Chicken

Fresh herb and SBC 0 beer infused local chicken carved to order with spicy pecan apricot glaze. Served with herb and sea salt dusted Yukon Gold fingerling potato fries. Beer pairing of SBC 0 beer.

Station Three

Tempura-Beer Battered Fish & Vegetable Chips

Crisp Grouper fillets and assorted vegetables all fried in a tempura Rally Point Pilsner batter. Served with house made remoulaude, mango and caramelized onion tapenade for dipping. Paired with Ice cold Rally Point Pilsner.

Station Four

Lo-Country Steamed Shellfish and Raw Bar

Coastal favorites of shrimp, stone crab, little neck clams, and Eastern oysters in the half shell. Served with mini fire grilled corn cobs, and Lincoln’s Gift Stout.

Station Five

Gun Smoke Ribs n Steak

Fall off the bone smoked ribs and skewered beef tenderloin wet smoked in Ground Pounder Pale Ale and our house made gun powder rub. Paired with Bacon macaroni & cheese moons and Ground Pounder Drafts.

Station Six

Sticky Toffee Pudding Bunt Cakes

Fine texture cake with bits of citron, Compass Rose and a vanilla bean caramel sauce. Enjoy with another round or our Dowe Egbert’s House Blend Coffee.
